“The pillows were awesome. Room service was very good and prompt. The view was amazing.”
“The rooms were good, the site was good, but on a cold night there was no heating in the room. Had to sleep fully dressed”
“Nothing. They will not honor Marriott points even though you pay them. Unbelievable!”
“Location is great. Near the River Street and restaurants and shops.”
“Very comfortable beds. Newly renovated room was nice. Professional staff who were helpful but not overbearing.”
“The construction was a bit much to deal with while trying to work. The room was great but the air conditioning half worked. The guy put it down to 60 degrees and it was still warm in the room.”
“Room was absolutely beautiful. I loved the recessed lighting and the huge shower. I believe all the rooms had balconies. There were no riverfront rooms left so I asked for a "nice" room since it was a special weekend for my husband and I. It was an odd angle, but our room had a river view. We walked the riverfront to shops and restaurants.”
“We loved the view, and the room was awesome and very modern and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The guys where we checked in were great !”
“Right on the river with great views , walking distance to all the fun on River Street”
“I was disappointed by the smell in the room, but it was an old facility. Also, the dining room was closed. This was important to have on site dining because my husband has vision problems and again in house dining was important.”
