“I loved your hotel. A great, friendly, relaxed, family atmosphere. I felt so at home there, whether it was eating breakfast on my own or meeting my brand new little granddaughter with her family in the foyer. Just a fab place to stay. I don't always like hotels and have stayed in a lot all over the place. I felt more at home in yours than in any others. Sometimes they are just to sterile and bland but yours was not. I guess I loved having all those families around, friendly, happy people of all ages. And your breakfasts were just the best, so much choice and variety. Also your restaurant meals were really tasty. Loved the decor too. Really attractive and cosy Scandinavian design. Thank you for a great stay. I hope to return. Loved Karlstad too.”
