We counted 19 giant tortoises while walking through the beautiful paths that surround the property. If you want to get away from it all and relax in nature, Semilla Verde is the place to go.”

“Galapagos is a remote location and to fully enjoy the nature there you should not stay at a big hotel. Sevilla Verde offers you an incredible location, away from the town where you live in the middle of the expansive Galapagos nature. Walls and trails all around and Giant Galapagos Turtle on your doorstep. The lodge is simple but offered everything we needed. Food was always great and can be adjusted if you don't like anything or have restrictions - but I tried everything and cannot say that any plate was less than delicious. The bonus is Robert, the owner/manager. He is an incredible person, has been an Galapagos for several years and really makes you fell welcome. He can be your concierge or keep telling interesting stories all day.”
