- Please note that reception hours are 08:30 until 17:00 Monday to Saturday and 08:30 to 16:00 on Sunday. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, you must inform Sfera's Park Suites & Convention Centre in advance to arrange check in, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.<br><br>You will need to provide valid credit card details over the phone for pre-payment and a AUD 150 credit card pre-authorisation to cover any incidental charges.<br><br>Please be advised that there is no housekeeping service available on Sundays or public holidays. If you require fresh towels or your bins to be emptied on these days please contact reception during opening hours and they will be happy to fulfill your request.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.</p><p>Please inform Sfera's Park Suites & Convention Centre in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.</p>
