“Facilities were excellent, modern, and relatively new. Nice rooms, great shower. Beautiful pool area and views of the Black Sea, very relaxing. Huge exercise facility/gyms with sauna and steam room. No hot tubs though. Much nicer than we expected. The costs of the hotel was expensive but the food prices were very reasonable, lower than most 5-star hotels. The public relations manager spoke great English and was very helpful and understanding.”
