- Please note that guests are required to leave either a credit card or a cash deposit which will be returned during check-out if nothing has been consumed.<br><br>Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.<br><br>Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.<p>Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Room was spacious and newly renovated, with great bedding and amenities. Location for me could not be better. I travel to Lima for business mostly, at least once a year, and always stay here. There are 2 of the top restaurants IN THE WORLD on the block, my favorite, Rafael, exactly across the street. Easy and pleasant walking to the seaside, parks, restaurants, banks, cafes and shopping.”
“Very nice hotel. The hotel is on a quiet one way street within walking distance to many attractions. Patricia and the front desk staff were very helpful. I arrived before check in time and waited a little bit for the room to be ready and when it was Patricia upgraded me to a suite, very lovely. Many of the staff spoke English. Darwin helped me with activities to do and maps to get me in the right direction. It was nice to have pleasant conversation with Daphne in the restaurant and she also suggested things to do in Miraflores. ”
