“Grounds and location were peaceful. Beds and rooms very comfortable.. Good soundproofing. Staff was very friendly and helpful getting taxis and great table at prime restaurant downtown. Guinea pigs were fun to watch. We had dinner at hottel second night and food was quite good.”
“The views of the lake. Comfortable bed. Friendly welcome staff at reception and nice lobby”

“The hotel was great. Beautiful view of the lake from restaurant/ bar area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.”
“This is a beautiful luxury hotel with gorgeous grounds that you just want to sit all day and relax in. The rooms are beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was so nice, I took a long bath. There was a heater, and every other amenity you could possibly ever need. The restaurant was overpriced and disappointing, but the included breakfast was pretty good. It's a 10-15 minute ride from downtown.”
“Nice location with view of Titikaka Lake. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff at reception. Transport and tours coordination. Have a jumper for kids at the yard and my 2 year son love it. 2 alpacas around at the hotel for photos. Good option for families.”
“oxigen at the room. excellent view on the titicaca lake. great garden with alpaca's”
“The location was beautiful - right on the lake. The hotel is dated, as other reviewers have said, but it is very clean and comfortable and if I returned to Puno I'd be happy to stay there again. The view from the lake view rooms is lovely. We enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel - we ate there both nights. The food is good, not too pricey and the service is very good.”
“We used this hotel as a midpoint treat for our two months of travelling around South America and we couldn't of chosen a better place. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the food was amazing and the rooms, gardens and location couldn't of been any better. If we're ever in Puno again we will definitely revisit. Finally, the alpacas and guinea pigs roaming the gardens made it truly special. ”
