“Your General Manager was impatient with me paying an extended stay, while I was cooking on the stove. He was rude and obnoxious. He locked the pool at @5:00 pm , an ammennity I desired mostly as I grilled. I booked 2 rooms, in addition to that, the suite for my wedding celebration this weekend. He told me to never step foot in there again. He called the police. They asked for corporate # and they were given the hotel #. Your General manager ran my card without permission. Which I needed to transfer funds. He says , he will tell me what he wanted and how he wanted , because he's the general manager, and I will come when he said. Although. Linda was very nice He has poor customer service skills. He has messed up my weekend plans. This was my experience on my first stay. Doriat Ambrose”
