To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.<br><br>Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. “Very nice property but they charged me an extra $100+ dollars for our 13 year old son even though our room had 2 double beds. Also, the tour company they work with is very expensive. We paid $250 a piece for a full day Machu Picchu tour that was supposed to include a climb of Machu Picchu mountain. We did not climb it, we did not go to the Sun Gate amd the entire time at Machu Picchu was actually a little under 3 hours...our tour guide was good, but we did not receive what we paid for.”

The breakfast is delicious with many options and it starts early in the morning (you can eat before visiting Machu Picchu in the morning). The concierge service is a difference of the hotel in my opinion. I had a problem with my train in the way back to Cusco and they helped me with everything I needed! I can easily compare this hotel to the best hotels in machu picchu pueblo. The price definitely worth it!”
