“The service given by all staff including gardeners, cleaning staff, spa and breakfast room staff was first class. In an era when customer service has largely been superseded by a bland and impersonal form of lip service, it is wonderful to discover this gem of a place, displaying sincerity within their first class service. This is all provided within a relaxing and friendly environment. Superb experience. The spa experience is truly relaxing with staff being so helpful that when I asked if they had something to tie my hair back (having forgotten to pack my own) the lady immediately removed her own hair tie and gave it to me. The massage was the best I have ever had and the lady providing the manicure (Sophie from Belgium) was so friendly I felt like I had known her all my life! Thank you.”
