“The lady at the reception during check in was cold and almost rude. Tv wasn’t working , when I called up the maintenance , he came over to ‘fix’ it but still didn’t work. He told me he will come back but never did. The only nice thing about the hotel, it’s inside the airport but still hard to find. The male staff during check out was polite and nice.”

“We were flying the next day, so couldn't check our luggage in for the flight. But to access the hotel, we had to clear Immigration but can't take our suitcases with us etc! Hotel staff and booking site give no idea of how this is done. We had to go to baggage storage outside of the terminal, clear Immigration, stay at the hotel, clear Immigration in the morning to go out of the terminal to the baggage storage, get our bags checked for the flight, and then clear Immigration again. This entailed some explaining to Immigration and we were lucky with a multi-entry visa. Booking site and hotel should explain this. Hotel staff were friendly enough, but were clueless about the process. One of the older female Immigration officers understood and helped us. It was a little stressful.”

“Comfort, good service and good options at the restaurant. I booked an overnight but stayed only from 14h00 to 21h00 and it was really worth. At check-in my room was upgraded from single to double bed at no cost. Good surprise. Shower was good, towels were clean and new.Very well located, after passport control, just in front of the international boarding gates.”
