“Seven of us stayed in the biggest room of this beautiful temple hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff spoke excellent English and gave us a detailed tour upon arrival, plus some great recommendations in the area. We didn't get to use the kitchen but dining all together around the old kamado would have been a very special experience... maybe next time :) The room itself was spotless, comfortable and spacious, and the garden view in the morning was simply spectacular. All in all, Zenko-ji ended up being one of top places we've visited in Japan, and by far, the most traditional accommodation we've booked on this long journey.”

“El lugar es muy lindo y vale la pena vivir la experiencia de alojarse en un templo. El edificio fue remodelado y acondicionado hace pocos meses. Nosotros nos alojamos en una habitacion con baño privado y lavarropas. El lugar era espacioso y estuvimos muy comodos. Teniamos una muy linda vista al jardin. Ademas hay areas comunes como una cocina grande, con heladera y utensillos para cocinar (que no utilizamos) y un area de descanso muy bien decorada. Es un viejo templo que tiene el cofort de un hotel moderno. El personal es super amable. Muy atentos y educados. Hicieron nuestra estacia muy agradable. La ubicacion es muy buena ya que esta a pocas calles de la estacion de tren y del centro. Volveria a alojarme sin dudarlo.”
