“we were booked to get a refurbished twin overlooking the garden, the receptionist said no I have abetter room with seaview.We got the seaview thank you but the room was tatty, stains on the carpet bedding a little soiled, the bathroom is so dated it was like walking into something in the 1970s, yiu had to hold the shower head as the bracker was broken despite me telling the reception it still was not mended. The breakfast was pretty ordinary, no fresh fruit and the hot breakfast was TEPID and I would of liked to show the chef how to cook a poached egg? The staff are friendly but that is where it ends”
