“- very nice place, perfect location (tram near hotel), polite staff - very nice welcome (especially Anna who gave us bigger room) - nice breakfast (variety of dishes, cold and hot) with turkish pop music on TV - clean and comfort room, good bed, nice shower - like other hotels usually, here wifi works great! I stayed in few hotels in Istanbul up to now, but this is very good choice (and value for money), there is missing only restaurant on the roof with view (any maybe hamam) all other things was great! :)”

“Excellent experience! Strategic location, topkapi palace is seen just right in front of the window and very near walking distance to Blue Mosque, Haghia Sophia (only few minutes walking) and basically everywhere is just so closeby! Near to sirkeci station and safe walking down the roads even at night from station as there are plenty of restaurants and shops operating, especially convenient for female traveller or just anyone.Highlight for the excellent service from Unal who has been very helpful to plan and help on last minutes tours and multiple request when I arrived late at night. He is attentive and making sure all is well with me knowing I am Travelling solo, also gave good advices (thanks to him I am able to catch my flight to capadoccia) on Travelling around with tight timeline and the nice spots in town. And I have again booked my next stay with them upon my return journey back to Istanbul in couple of days time! *highly recommended and 10 stars to Unal :) thank you!”
“The staff is very friendly and helpful and it is visible they do their best in order to improve your stay and assist you where needed. The tram station is right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very clean and really comfortable. The hotel also has a modern elevator which was very useful for us as my wife is pregnant.”

“Near to all best Attractions in Istanbul. Right Next to Tram Station (Gulhane -T1). Room was well maintained by staff Ms.Leyla. And the Room service by one of the best staff I ever seen Ms.Arzu (wearing smile always when serving). Warm welcoming receptionist Mr.Alawdin. Thanks to all of them to keep our trip a real pleasure. Promise not kept: I was booked Standard room for 5 days. Room was too small then I expected. Expressed to them. They immediately returned to me stating they will upgrade me without any extra cost, since I stay for 5 days. when I checked again with reception they turned down or asked me to pay extra money.”
