“Well No one could find a better view. We had a balcony looking straight onto Mt. Cook from our room. The hiking trails were well marked. The activities desk was very good. The gift shop was also very good. Clean room, good hot water for showers. All of the dining areas have views to the mountains, so it really doesn't matter where you eat!!”
“The view from our room could not be beat. We had a glorious view of Mt. Cook from our balcony. The room was comfortable and clean but looked a bit dated. The amenities were good- they had a fridge with little milk pods, a hot water kettle, cups, wine glasses, glasses, tea, and coffee. The restaurant was very good and we had a lovely view there too. Perfect location for hiking and for doing some of the tour activities.”
“We had a Premium Plus room with a stunning picture window with an excellent view of Aorake/Mt Cook. We arrived late but were able to call ahead and get a table at the Panorama Room restaurant for 9pm. Very friendly staff for a large hotel of this kind.”
