- Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.<br><br>Please note that check-in is located in the Liquor Stax Store, located on the southern side of the hotel.<br><br>Please note that reception hours are as follows:<br>Monday-Friday 10:00 until 00:00 (Midnight).<br>Saturday-10:00 until 00:00 (Midnight).<br>Sunday-10:00 until 22:00.<br><br>Please note that you cannot check in outside reception opening hours.<p>Please inform The Oaks Hotel Motel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.</p><p>A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required upon arrival. That's about 57.43GBP. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property.</p>

“The property is a mutli devliery site: Hotel, Bottleshop, Motel, some small business' including McDonalds. Hence quite a busy property site on a quite busy but accessible road. The room was serviceable providing sleeping and showering with a kitchenette ( however no microwave or teatowel). Parking at door of room.”
