“The selection at breakfast was excellent. The gardens beautiful and sunbeds well laid out so spread around all over the grounds. They have a huge garage at the hotel so we parked our hire car there avoiding paying any parking charges outside in the street. The whole place is beautifully cleaned and the furniture and decor top notch.”

“The staff was generally good, especially the service and handling of all the communications & bookings prior arrival. Within the stay, staff was friendly and helping, but not proactive. The house keeping was awesome and that's the only highest mark I'm giving for this place. Room (apartment) is spacious on paper only, but embedded kitchen was good and very handy when staying with kid. Facilities aren't bed in overall, but it must be very clear that what's listed on Booking.com and on their own site, is actually shared between 3 hotels, not one. Distance from the center, it is a bit too far to walk, but they have a free regular shuttle. Good underground garage (free). Excellent and not too pricey spa procedures - probably the 2nd -and final- highlight. What helped us to survive there, is the supermarket really close by and their Italian restaurant by the corner.”
