“Everything about the hotel was very good and all the staff were first class. What was extremely impressive was that a director took the trouble to seek me out and explain the hotels position on an issue that I had with what I personally considered to be tight parking bays. We did not see eye to eye on the issue, but despite this our conversation was measured and reasonable. I have travelled widely and cannot remember such consideration from such a senior manager. Full marks.”
