“The cafe was wonderful and the service was excellent!”
“Staff was helpful except there appeared to be no one to help take luggage to room?”
“Location in Oak Park was good. Near Hemingway Museum and Frank Lloyd Wright homes.”
“This was one of the nicest hotels I have been in. The staff went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. As a very tall person, they noted I had a small bed and asked if I would like the available King room instead. The restaurant on the main floor looked amazing, though I didn't get to eat there. The bed was clean with new and comfortable linens. The bathroom had everything I needed. The bonus was the unique artwork and furniture in the room.”
“Instead of parking in the public parking in Oak Park, they let us park the car in the unloading area right in front, which was very nice. The room on the 4th floor was big, with an extra seating space, with coffee maker, microwave, etc. Breakfast in the restaurant (Hemingway Bistro) is great (not included).”
“efficient cab service around town Frank Lloyd Wright tour available Easy walk from the L train, nice restaurant options, fun shops, Seemed like it would be a nice town to live in.”
“The restaurant was excellent. Wet had an incredible dinner and had great breakfasts every day. The hotel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had no problem getting a good night's sleep.”
“Food was OK, but expensive. Very popular place. Strangely, the sign with the name of the place was gone. Pretty much in the middle of Oak Park Frank Lloyd Wright homes.”
“There is nothing one would like as the room is very very small.”
“The L station was a short walk from the hotel. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.”
