“The office and restaurant are in a charming historic building. Very interesting. My room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was great for my dog since the dog friendly beach starts there. It was a short, pleasant walk to town. A good value.”

“Whole complex was excellent! Hurricanes have impacted this area so some expected unrest but nothing that affected our stay. In fact the wonderful attitude of community and staff increased our appreciation of visit and pleased to be able to give them our business and support. This is an old FL motel which suited us fine. If you want Hampton or Hilton keep going. Right across from beach close walk to pier and town. Beds very comfortable, cleaning staff excellent, quiet rooms even with allowing pets, great views, new shower in our room really nice. All staff very helpful and friendly. Island Grille restaurant on property outstanding owner/chef and staff couldn't have been more pleasing. Java Joint right down A1A must do for breakfast and mimosa. Lovely pool, laundry deceiving as outside so rusty on outside but clean on inside and with quarters worked super.”

“We checked in went to room looked around and went right back to office. The room was dirty and nasty mold all along shower. The lady was really nice in office and refunded our money quickly. With better house keeping it would really be a nice place.”

“This is truly a old town beach Motel. Front office was very nice, room view was great. There are no luxuries. But anything you may need is in walking distance. No bells a whistles, but in a beautiful beach. They are also doing some renovating, so working on it 😃”

“They were quick to service the toilet, missing light bulbs, they always made up our room and restocked it daily. They allowed us to use the hose to wash our bikes. The staff was pleasant, and were able accommodate our 1 change we made. The second floor balcony was what we enjoyed most.”

“It's an older property, but it's very close to the beach. It was right where we wanted it to be as far as the point of our trip we were at. It was halfway between the location we had been to a wedding and our ultimate destination of my wife's father's. People were friendly beach is wonderful.”
