“Staff were generally helpful and Mr. Harris at the front desk was absolutely superlative. Clean and well maintained. If good staff intentions were all that counted, this hotel would rate highly. Location is fairly close to Dupont Circle Metro. Bar food was reasonably good. Elevators worked well even in the heavy traffic of a convention. Numerous convenient plugs in the room for recharging electronic devices. Windows actually open!”
