“The location is very difficult to access. If you come up from the south N352 the final access from the motorway involves crossing 5 lanes in less than 100 yards. I would not do it again. The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful. Dinner is not served Saturday or Sunday night which was difficult to understand on the Saturday night with a full hotel. I don't think we will stay again there are other Ibis hotels in better locations with food convenient at the weekend.”
“What I liked: Location- just 5 minutes walk to tram station and a good jogging path along canal towpath behind the house. It is not the most central of places but parking is safe and free. Rooms are smallish but very clean and well appointed. Good reading lights. Bathroom adequate. All very modern and clean. Breakfast ( included in room price) is very good: unlimited coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, good choice of cereals snd yoghurt... and all well presented.”

“The hotel is clean and modern, the staff were helpful and Friendly. The location is a little industrial however if you walk round the back there is a lovely walk by the canal.”

“Staff were helpful. When I came in hungry at 10.00 pm, I was able to get a tasty hot meal in the restaurant without any problem, even though I was the only person there. Breakfast was good too. The room was comfortable and well insulated from the motorway noise outside - ambient temperature was well managed.”
