With over 90,000 square feet of meeting space and a location only 38 miles from Little Rock, the city attracts thousands of conventioneers every year. The city also hosts the Southeast Arkansas District Fair & Championship Rodeo -- the largest county fair in all of Arkansas. History buffs and hobbyists make tracks to the Arkansas Railroad Museum in Pine Bluff. The exhibits include many vintage steam engines and historical pieces from the Cotton Belt Railway. The city also houses the Band Museum, the only museum of band instruments in America, with some pieces dating back to the 1700s.
