“The hotel could not see the reservation when checking in even though I had a reservation number . But the girl at reception was super efficient , professional and understanding and had me in a room in under 10 minutes . And allowed me to drop bag in room before the check in . The guy working when I was checking out was so helpful also , he had the times of the SBahn in his head ?!!”

“i live in this Hotel together with my whole Family. the room is very clearn , the reception Lady is very warm and polite. the breakfast has different choise. in front of the Hotel, there is a Little square, where my children can run safely. the space of the room is bigger than most of the same Level Hotel. you can not compare this Hotel with 5 star Hotel, but it is really cost effective Hotel i ever booked.”
