“服务人员服务态度好，热情，早餐也不错，还有多个选择，名字很有趣，还可以送到房间。新开不久的酒店，设施比较新，门口就有公交车，坐公车方便，还有不少商店小吃。走路可以去附近的创意元，坐车去国立美术馆和逢甲夜市也算方便，就是台中平日的公车班次比较少。离火车站很近，附近著名的宫原眼科，吃雪糕，晚上比较少人。不过离机场就比较远，坐车1小时多，到高铁站也要近一小时。”
“1、位置：离火车站比较近，从建国路过去不到5分钟。就在民权路和继光街交界的地方，很好找。 2、设施：房间挺大的，很干净，隔音也OK，空调什么的都好。电梯要刷卡才能按楼层。 3、周边设施：不包早餐，但是附近有很多吃的，推荐洪瑞珍饼店的三明治，很好吃。离大鲁阁购物中心不远，走路约15分钟，但是大鲁阁购物没得退税，说老板在换，没办好手续。 4、服务：前台热情，也很热心。 5、价格便宜，推荐。”
“員工服務態度很好，很貼心，處理問題的速度很快很有效率。 房間雖然不大，但是住起來很舒適，原本預訂無窗房型，到了旅館辦理入住手續時，旅館人員告知有免費為我升等至有窗房間，希望我能住得舒適，這點很棒。 房間清理得很乾淨，很舒適，床躺起來非常的舒服，讓我一夜好眠到早上。”
