“The manager is pure friendliness. Always willing to help, very honest, drives you everywhere upon request for low prices. The rooms (family in our case) very comfy, balcony with beautiful view, the living room cosy, food simple but very tasty. A very quiet area away from the city buzz. Balcony perfect spot for bird watching. It's very handy to have a map with the hotel address on it, most tuktuk drivers do not know the place. Don't expect luxury, but it's simply a wonderful place to stay”

He helped us see Kandy and we toured a tea factory, the World Buddhist Museum and Temple of the Tooth, saw cultural dance and enjoyed a fabulous meal at Helga's Folly. Family was lovely to stay with, breakfast huge, and view was lovely.”
