We skipped breakfast but the brasserie and Pie and Brew in the basement are very good and offer good value and service. We were upgraded on our final night due to hot water problems in our original room. The junior suite was fabulous.”

“Arrived at the property and the desk staff were very helpful, offering a map of the surrounding area to direct me to the Christmas Market. Hotel was close to the main shopping streets which was great - we had also been upgraded to a Jr Suite which was a lovely touch. The hotel itself is beautiful (surely everyone loves a 1930's lift?!) The bed was v comfortable, and there were lovely little complementary amenities in the room - complementary drinks and snacks as well as an espresso pod machine. Overall had a wonderful stay - would recommend and will hopefully stay again.”
