There was no noise at all in the room which was extremely comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast selection was great, lots of choice and plenty of space to sit and enjoy it. The hotel is literally 5 minutes away from the central square in Vitoria.”
“Decent location, short walk to the city center and well communicated by bus and tram (stations besides the hotel). Located besides the Congress and Events Center of the city. Good neighborhood, plenty of food (including an excellent restaurant - one Michelin star - nearby). Excellent breakfast, plenty of options and good quality. Decent fitness center. Good room, enough space, suitable for business trips and maybe leisure stays. Very comfortable bed. Good set of amenities in the bathroom.”

“Virtually everything. First of all, I didn't have to pay for the WiFi, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was tasty and plentyful. My room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The location was good (it took about ten minutes to walk into the Old Town and the bus station wasn't too far away).”
