“The hotel is super new and the design aesthetic is modern and crisp. The location is central so we were able to walk to restaurants and breweries without having to worry about driving.”

“The location in the heart of downtown Asheville cannot be beat. The design and layout of the public spaces as well as our room were excellent and well thought out. Modern, comfortable, excellent design elements in the lobby as well as the cool bar on the 9th floor that has amazing outdoor seating, lightning, and fire pits that enable year round use. Our room had a comfy bed, nice linens, very convenient access to usb and plugs. Tasty in room coffee was so appreciated. The bathroom had enough counter space, good lighting and a shower that was roomy and had a goodly flow of water. A quiet room refrigerator was big plus. Parking that was accesible from inside the hotel added to hotel whose design and execution was customer centric. Thank you!!”

“Location was great! Everyone on staff was wonderful. I especially appreciate one of the maintenance guys who was very nice — I was waiting in the lobby area with my 6 week old baby where he was working and he went out of his way to rearrange furniture and bring me a fancy bottled water to make sure I was comfortable. It was a surprising gesture that was echoed by other staff members throughout our stay!”
