“Really nice hotel, staff were very friendly and the rooms kept clean with new bed linen and towels everyday. Great selection for breakfast to suit everyone from all corners of the globe. Location is great for getting out and about, hotel will gladly call u a taxi and also tuk tuks available plus only a 10 min walk away from phetchaburi metro station (be wary of the busy junction at the station though) had the buffet dinner one night in the hotel which was great and also used the bennihana tepanyaki restaurant in the hotel which we thought was excellent although pricey but good for a treat.”

“Its a bit difficult to explain why this hotel rates so high. Facilities are a bit dated and the hotel doesn't have some of the flourish of other higher-end hotels. As a matter of fact, this hotel doesn't do anything perfectly, yet does everything consistently well. Its exactly as advertised. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They are probably the hotel's greatest asset. The "executive skyline view" room was clean but a bit dated. The bathrooms are in need of a renovation, but are clean and filled with all the accoutrements to make your stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were of a decent quality. Pillows were plentiful. The gym was run-down but functional. The breakfast bar was extensive and a decent quality. The restaurant (Benihana's) was great. The upstairs pool and outside bar were, if anything, comfortable. I'd stay here again.”

“Everything about the hotel, was just what I needed for a short stay in Bangkok. Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Hotel has great facilities, a great bar & dinning area and a Benihana restaurant for a truly great dining experience. The room I had one of the biggest beds I've ever slept in, a desk for me to be able to do my work and great bathroom, with shower and bath. The room overall was above my expectations and would stay at this hotel again.”

“The deluxe room was amazing and the size of a 1 bedroom studio apartment. Bathroom was so cleasn and had separate toilet, shower and even a bath. The entire room was very comfortable and a great way to end the trip. The breakfast buffet was fantastic had a range of Asian and Western food and plenty of it. The pool was nice as well to relax in after walking around all day”
