“Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast with machine for coffees, hot chocolate, etc. as well as jugs of tea or coffee brought directly to the table. Fridge, safe, sofa and two matching armchairs in the bedroom. Complimentary bottle of fizzy water in the room when we arrived. Friendly and helpful locals in Oldenburg. A man on a bike didn't know the hotel, but he came back a minute later to tell us he'd found it and he accompanied us until it was within our view. We also had lots of help buying tram and train tickets on the machines, as these were in German language only. The town is stunning - the hotel is next to the pedestrian old town with medieval buildings, bell-tower, attractive shops, bars and restaurants. Flat, so great for cycling - young and old ride bikes and there are parking places for them everywhere (like in Amsterdam). Lots of young people - very well behaved. Everywhere looks spotlessly clean and well maintained. Would love to go back.”
“I loved the location....couldn't have found a better one....very close to bus stops that take you anywhere in Oldenburg...very close to a shopping area..... I enjoyed the talk with the manager Mr. H.Kruse.....he was very helpful and caring..... Members of the staff are really friendly and helpful as well..... I booked for one week but I had to extend for 4 nights more and I was happy and content with the treatment I received. I felt at home.... The hotel staff where extremely cooperative”

“Gute, zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Leckeres Frühstück auch für Frühaufsteher, da bereits ab 6:00 frühstücken möglich. Betten sehr bequem, weiche Matratzen, zwei Kopfkissen (wie gewünscht). Zimmer mit ruhiger Lage zum Innenhof. Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Innenstadt (Fußgängerzone) und ist leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.”
