“Hosts were very friendly. The wife mostly spoke French but the husband spoke English. The hotel was charming with an excellent breakfast - great croissants! Felt like we were staying with friends or relatives rather than in an impersonal hotel. Located close to the water and parkland with a pleasant 10 minute walk to restaurants and the center of town. There is only street parking available, but over 4 days, we did not have any problem finding a spot.”
“Great location: safe, nice neighborhood, you can walk to town along the water or through a very big, diverse park. The bicycles were good, you can bike in town or even to the Ile de Re. Internet worked excellently. It's not a great hotel but friendly and easy. Rooms were cleaned daily.”
