We had a couple of issues on the trip but we were impressed with the professionalism of management, specifically Claire Gargan, who addressed the issues in a timely appropriate manner. It became clear to us that Ace hotel is interested in their guests having a positive memorable experience at their hotel and they will do whatever it takes to ensure that happens.
