“Hotel looks brand new, one of the best in style and design I've seen so far in Armenia with many built-in facilities such as Russian billiards, bowling, table tennis, gym, indoor and outdoor pools, bar, basketball court, outdoor cinema... Location is amazing as well, in the middle of forests and next to the river, with mesmerizing view to the nature. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.”

“Service and staff were great! Restaurant had wide variety of dishes. Restaurant interior design was poor, but that of the hotel was cool. Great disadvantage was absence of elevator and impossibility to reach the hotel door by car: you had to take the luggage from outside gate if parking near the main gate, or even a longer way if parking in the inside parking down there, take the luggage several floors up, and same when checking out. Hope next time they have elevator. But the service and personnel attitude were really nice and eager to help with with anything you need. Personnel service: great Elevator: none Hotel interior: great Room service: great Pool/Gym/Bowling/Billards - great Parking: far from rooms Nature and fresh mountain air: priceless”
