“Very convenient, being located within Terminal 4 at Bajaras. Not the fault of the hotel, but signage is limited - it's on Planta -1, below the arrivals area. The room was very spacious with a large and well equiped bathroom. There's also a nespresso machine (free) and a mini-bar (paid, but reasonable prices). Breakfast is available, though I didn't take this as of course there are many alternatives throughout the terminal and I wanted to get to the departure gate. The room was very quiet and relaxing. I couldn't work out how to turn out the lamp on the desk so ended up removing the bulb, but once I'd done this it was also very dark and easy to sleep. The staff were very welcoming and all in all it was a very good solution to needing to spend the night in Bajaras before an ongoing flight connection the following morning.”
“Excellent. Convenient, spotlessly clean, helpful reception staff and a high quality of fixtures and fittings. As a place for an overnight stay at Madrid Airport between flights, it is perfect. So much easier than getting hotel shuttles or taxis.”

“The initial hotel receptionist was excellent. The over night receptionist needs to be quieter. The hotel/room design is modern and fresh. Snacks, food, drinks were in abundant supply. As flawed as the excution of the concept is for the hotel and wheelchair accessible room, I'd probably book it again in demanding time constrained circumstances, but I would not be happy about it.”
