“The hotel is close to the airport. Has a nice lobby and good rooms. But the best part was Bali, the manager. He was so helpful. He picked me up from a late landing at the airport at 1:30 am. He helped me to get my sim card. He carried my bags to the car. Offered me a cold water and tea. In the morning he took me to the train to go to my next destination. He even exchanged my Indian $ to Sri Lankan Ruppees.”

“Mr Bala is a great host. He picks you and drops you off at the airport for a minimal charge and helps in planning your trip giving helpful advice. He went with me all the way to colombo train station (more than an hour away) just to guide me which train to take and helped in booking the tickets. Breakfast was good.”
