“Akrotiri Hotel is really very nice. We found our room spacious, tastefully decorated and well kept, featuring a large balcony with a great view of Chaniá and the Cretan landscape. But most of all, we appreciated the reception by the host Lena, who really went above and beyond to make sure that we our trip to Crete could not have been better!”

“We loved everything about our stay here. Lena was really nice and helpful during our entire stay. She gave us restaurant recommendations, which were all great and some of our favorites in all of Crete, and we even saw her eating at one of them, so we knew her recommendations were sincere. She also recommended Falassarna beach, which was the best beach we visited during our trip. Our room was bright and spacious and the bathroom was also really nice, and we had a nice balcony with a great view. It's really easy to access the airport from here (about 10-15 minutes driving), as well as the city center. We drove in, which takes maybe 10 minutes, and Lena showed us where we could find free parking. There is also a bus that goes by the hotel, in case you don't have a car. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Chania!”
