“The second room was ok for the price: large, well equipped. Parking is ok. Staff very friendly. In this period the price for the room was ok. Pending on where you are located, room is quiet enough. It is a place with potential that (Ihope) will be fully available after planned refurbishment”
“It's about a block and a half back from the ocean. The bed was really comfortable. We had a suite with kitchenette and pull-out bed in the living room. There was a nice pool in the middle that the kids loved. They were really good about us bringing our dog, no additional papers to sign, just pet deposit.”

“The Staff (especially the manager Candace) at Alamar was outstanding and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. Cleanliness is a point that could be improved, and visitors should know that they need to bring their own supplies for the kitchen area. Limited everything to prepare any food there. But all the more reason to enjoy the local fare! Facility had excellent security lighting for customer areas, manager lives on-site. We will definately return next year, especially since refurbishing of the units will be conducted this winter.”

“The motel is an older property, but you can tell the new young owners are putting there blood, sweat and tears into modernizing the facility. We had a minor issue with our room when we got there, but the staff jumped right on it and had the issue solved in no time. We had a great stay and definitely would recommend to our friends and family. It was easy walking to the beach, restaurants and downtown attractions. Our room was a single bedroom with a kitchen, made you feel at home.”
