We felt the entire time that he truly cared about our experience in Vicenza, he would recommend stuff to do and places in which to buy local food, beverages and pretty much everything we asked. If he can help you with something, he will HAPPILY do it! The place itself is also very nice and clean. They provide everything (towels, soap, shampoo, you name it). They even changed our towels without us having to ask for it! If I ever go back to Vicenza I will DEFINITELY stay in this place again!”
