“Good locality near to 2 km long Serai canyon allowing you comfortable and nice access to Marmolada cableway. In the hotel reception you get ticket for free access to the canyon and small discount for the cableway. Kind personal. Balcony with flowers. Very good food and fantastic coffee (as can be expected in Italy).”
“We visited Albergo Genzianella for the purpose of motorcycle riding around Dolomites. For that, location is very good, all nice passes are relatively close. There is spacious parking just in front of the hotel, with enough room for car and a trailer and bikes. Rooms are nice and very clean, towels were replaced every day. Breakfast was nice too, not too much choices, but all essentials were there. Staff was very polite and communication was good. Very nice pizzeria was just across the street. Wi-fi was very good.”

Hotel is situated on great position, 10 meters from bus station and 500 meters from Sottoguda, most beautiful canyon, thru which you can ski in winter. If there is enough snow you can ski even further, through village and to the hotel.”

“camera pulita, apparte le mosche che a finestre chiuse erano ovunque e non si capisce il perché.. bagno pulito anche se cieco, abbastanza spazioso e ben riscaldato. a pochi passi dai Serrai che vivamente consiglio di visitare, vicinissimo ai negozi manufatturieri lungo la strada principale.”

“Situato in una posizione spettacolare, a cento metri dai passi serrai. Compreso nel prezzo anche la marmolada card che permette riduzioni sulle principali attrazioni della zona e l'ingresso gratuito ai serrai di Sottoguda. Camere pulitissime, colazione e cena ottime con la possibilità di scelta del menù giornaliero. Paesino di Sottoguda davvero incantevole. Ottima qualità prezzo.”
“Se ci si vuole rilassare l' hotel è tranquillo e in una posizione strategica però il materasso aveva la conca,la camera è il bagno sono sempre stati puliti,ma il cane che stava in cucina non mi sembra una bella cosa,il titolare è una persona gradevole e molto esperta del territorio.”
