“The best are the hosts. Claudio is super friendly and helpful. His wife prepared home cooked dinner every night. Dimitri is passionate about trekking and gave wonderful recommendations.Hotel faces the surrounding mountains. Rooms are spacious, design is unique with lots of creativity and love to details. Exactly like in pictures on booking.com. Wonderful outdoor area to unwind and enjoy the scenery.We were the only guests and got spoiled as we would be family.As it's only about 40 minutes away from Cortina D'Ampezzo it's also a great base for hiking as well as skiing.Well worth the drive up in the mountains. Am highly recommending a stay with the Giannina family. We had an awesome time.”
“The property is gorgeous, inside and out you could be looking at the decor for a while. The room was beautiful and the bed comfortable. While few spoke English the owners were very patient and kind giving us advice on hikes and areas to see. We had dinner one night at their restaurant and it was delicious! We both had pasta dishes and wine, with some side dishes which came out to about €20 added to our total bill, well worth it! Overall wonderful place to stay and eat, a great way to make an amazing trip even better!”
