“Everything about this laid back comfy hotels is lovely, we woke up by the sounds of bells by duomo, it is literally next to it. The wifi was a little pain, but everything else was just lovely.”

“Umberto at the reception was extremely helpful with storing our luggage and printing our tickets etc. He is the main reason of our accommodation being smooth. The hotel was 1 minute away (walking distance) from the city center, but it was surprisingly quiet. Private bathroom was a plus! Despite our check-in check-out times, we had no problem accessing the building because Umberto had given us the access codes, so even after check-out we could go take our luggage and sit quietly on the sofa for a little-while after a day's walk, before we leave Florence.”
“The Annex rooms are round the back from the main round and on a square. You enter by a huge wooden door. The room we had was in the annex (loft) and was very cosy. Everything you need and light and airy and very local! We were right next to the church and walking distance to everything. I'd highly recommend this place as it's so close to the train station but enough away from it, that it feels like you are in your own world. Lovely staff and all :)”
