“The staff was friendly and very personal in attending to issues. the rooms were fantastic, clean and was well equipped. the hotel was close to the novi ligure station and a 5 minutes drive to the serravalle designer outlet. Parking space in the building was also a plus. tip: request for room in the main building if you have luggage - it has an elevator.”
