“The staff was absolutely available and gentle. Due to the snow, we had problems with the car while going to the ski facilities, so I called the hotel. Mr. Michelle was very helpful and gave us the contact of a mechanic, who promptly came and rescued us. The only thing I would say is about the "slow food" concept that was not as present as we expected, but considering everything, this was not a problem at all.”
