- Please note the hot tub is out of service, starting May 2017 until further notice.<br><br>CHILDREN POLICIES:<br><br>Children up to 6 years old can stay in the hotel using existent bed free of charge.<br><br>Children between 7 and 9 years old can stay in the hotel using existent bed for an extra charge of 45 USD<br><br>LOCAL TAX LAW<br>Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

“The hotel is built from a combination of slate and rough wood - it's a beautiful aesthetic. We had a superior room, with absolutely stunning views of the volcano from the room & balcony! We arrived before check in time, but were able to store our bags safely whilst we explored the town - the hotel is only about 5 minutes from the main street and 10 mins to the black sand beach. We didn't get to try breakfast (lots of early starts!), so can't comment on that. They did provide us with a box lunch instead of the breakfast though, which was delicious and filling!”

“Everything is amazing! Hotel in reality is better than on photos. They have hot tub on the roof with volcano view, sauna, sitting room with fire place, hammocks outside. Everything is just 5 minutes away. Rooms are very clean ”
