The en suite was very good with with excellent quality absorbent towels but special mention of shower and basin which were large and good quality.”

It's worth going out of your way to spend one night in Allangrange Arms , have dinner there and taste the wonderful cooking and finally share an excellent Scottish breakfast and listen to the advices of the very gentle staff!”

“The room we stayed in was so lovely, the bathroom included. The photographs really don't do tge room or bathroom justice. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Great effort was made to ensure the room was comfortable and presented nicely. The bed was so comfy and the later check out time is good for a lie in... Staff were very accommodating and made a great effort to make sure we were comfortable. Service at dinner and in the bar at night was terrific, staff very easy going and great to chat to. The evening meal we had was gorgeous and couldn't fault it, very attentive waitresses,reasonable waiting time between course and great to see them supporting local fresh produce. Fresh home cooked food makes all of the difference! And at a very good price too!”
