“A recepção possui um atendimento excelente, são cordiais e muito educados. As camareiras organizam e limpam o quarto com perfeição. Além disso, o quarto é EXTREMAMENTE confortável. Nunca dormi em uma cama tão maravilhosa em nenhum outro hotel. A escrivaninha com cadeira adequada é um cuidado que não se vê nos demais hotéis. Sugiro que seja disponibilizada uma luminária para leitura na mesa.”
“Achei um absurdo ter recebido o voucher da Reserva do booking via email e o funcionario do Hotel Alia nao "encontrar" a reserva no seu sistema. Tivemos q esperar 1:30hs ate o funcionario David nos liberar para subir para o quarto, alem disso esse funcionario ficou de nos ligar para falar q estaria liberado o quarto e nao o fez, qnd retornamos o mesmo falou com essas palavras "que nao era obrigacao dele nos contatar" sendo que ele falou que ia entrar em contato. Pra mim um funcionario que nao "tem obrigacao" de receber novos hospedes nao deveria estar ali na recepcao, area de frontline de um atendimento de um hotel como este.”
