“The upper levels of the hotel are secure by keyed only access, door keyes work very well. This hotel is pet friendly and my pup is free and treated with great service as were we. An aloft arf gift bag was given to my thor(chiahuahua) as well as adoration from the front desk staff. Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Hotel is taseful and modern with plenty of lighting and a robotic butler. Hotel has a lively bar on first floor and carries many basic needs,you may have left behind when packing, for sale down stairs. A great wholefoods is right up the street, for what you can fit in the minifridge. Pillows were super plush, bed was comfy despite being a bit firm for me. Nice modern furnishing and decor.”
“The bliss face soap, shampoo/conditioner and lotion was excellent. The Bed was comfy and the room's design was perfect. The only downside to the room was the carpet was sticky and slightly damp (most likely due to it being cleaned). Lastly I left my toiletry bag behind and at first the staff located such however the next day they could not locate it. One business day later it was again found and that was a bit frustrating however it is my fault for leaving behind and I would stay at this hotel again based on Value, design and comfortability.”
