“Breakfast mediocre . Shuttle service very friendly. Front desk personal so so... didn't know about sky train right in front of the hotel. Alarm was 15 minutes too late, etc.”
“I liked how quick, friendly, and accommodating the staff were when I entered. My room had a non working refrigerator and bathroom lighting. Immediately the staff came to assess the situation and upgraded me to a new room. They were always asking me how was my day or service. It's the little things that makes a difference in customer service and having a positive hotel experience.”
