“The staff onboard when I arrived were a little slow acknowledging me even though only one of them were working with the customer ahead of me which is understandable. The over-night shift manager was totally rude and should not be working in customer service. First as I tried to exit the hotel through the back door, he sat there eating carry out food and after 10 minutes of me trying and finally asking him did he rudely get up and show us how to exit. Additionally later in the morning I asked him about breakfast procedures that he rudely looked up at me and stated breakfast starts at 6am, everything is a cost. Great place in relations to Airport proximity but staff is horrible.”
“My stay was with my mom, sister and 2 dogs. The check in was AWESOME!! We went outside to walk the dogs and the front desk clerk had the dog bowls and pillows brought to the rooms. The property was very friendly. Rooms were clean and bed was amazing.”
